Returns FAQ
1. Log into your customer account (you'll be prompted to enter your email and then enter the code sent to your email to authenticate your identity).
2. Select the order that includes the item you're returning.
3. Click Request Return.
4. Follow the prompts. You'll be asked to select the item you would like to return and select the reason for your return.
5. Items that are not eligible for return will be identified. If 14 days have passed since delivery, your order will no longer be eligible for return.
6. Once your request has been submitted and approved, you'll receive a shipping label via email. Package and mail the return in the original packaging. Ensure any tags present are still attached. Do not include multiple orders in one package.
7. Returns can only be processed using our website and return label. Returns that were not approved by us will not be processed.
8. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed.
9. Once your return has been processed, you'll receive a gift card via email to use towards your next purchase minus the $7 shipping and restocking fee.
10. Your gift card will never expire and can be used at any time towards any purchase.
Yes! PS Swim Co. offers return shipping labels for US customers via your PS Swim customer account. Using our return shipping label is currently the only way returns will be processed and accepted.
The shipping label and restocking fee is $7. This fee will be deducted from your gift card total before being issued.
We do not offer exchanges but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy by using our online returns portal and repurchasing any available item(s) on our site.
All women swimsuits are considered final sale. When logged into your account and initiating your return, items that are not eligible for return will be identified.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging. If the item appears to be worn, your return will not be processed.
- We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
- To speed up the return process, all returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from your customer account.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
- We reserve the right to delay a refund until items are actually received based on credible concerns surrounding potential fraud.
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Non PS Swim items sent to our Returns Department will be discarded upon receipt.
